Streets of Hope, Boulevard Christian Church, and the Baltimore County Police Department Precinct 11 Outreach will be coming together to kick-off a clothing drive to fill the clothing closet for the Streets of Hope Cold Weather Shelter. This event will start the process of getting clothes together for the shelters November 1st opening date.
