C.O.P. Event (8:00AM-4:00PM): “Striking Out Youth Violence – We Will Win This Together” Softball Tournament and Games (Free Vaccinations provided by ShotRx, “Saving Lost Kids” Fingerprint Kits provided by Brian Callies Foundation) – The “Striking Out Youth Violence” Softball Game will be dedicated to the lives of the young people we have lost to violence in our city. It is to bring awareness to Youth Violence and hope to families who have been affected… to families know that their love ones’ lives were not in vain, and that we will when the fight against youth violence Together! Teams of Citizens (Youth and Adults), Clergy, and Cops will join forces in this softball game to illustrate what a winning team looks like (Community Members, Clergy, and Cops). There will be Greetings and messages of Hope from members of our M.P.D. Command Staff, Clergy Community, D.A.’s Office, Homicide Victims Services, and citizens who have been affected by the loss of a young love one to gun violence. There will also be Motivational Speaking and Performances by The Young Actors Guild and local Gospel Artists. ShotRx will be present – providing Free Vaccinations for every child 12 years and older and every adult who would like to receive the Moderna, Pfizer, or Johnson and Johnson Vaccination. Brian Callies Foundation will be present offering “Saving Lost Kids” Fingerprint Kits to parents of young children
